Default PvE Leecher/Afkler and Leaver

I think A-Net should make it able to report people in PvE for leeching / going afk...
Happened to me 2 times already, someone joined group for FoW/DoA and went afk, so the whole party had to regroup...
And A-Net should also implement such a feature like they have in PvP to prevent people from leaving in PvE, meaning they can't join a group for lets say 30 minutes or so after they leave... Happened to many times in a DoA "full run" that someone just left... I really hate it =/

You cannot report ppl for leeching in pve, and there is no ability to report ppl for leaving in any area of the game. For pvp, leaving does give dishonor points automatically, but there is currently no mechanism for pve dishonor, so to add a report function for ppl leaving would require a new pve dishonor system.

The disconnect/reconnect feature doesn't always work. Many times I've had GW.exe crash and find out upon re-logging in that I couldn't rejoin my group.

People just leaving groups doesn't mean everyone doing it intends to do it.

It would be a nice feature to add somehow.

I've joined random pugs in the past where someone would join and end up going afk after a while and not come back. Finished some missions that way. After a while, I got tired of it and would not go on and finish the mission for a leech, so I either persuaded the others to regroup back in town, or if that didn't work I would leave (lol. Yeah, I'd probably get in trouble for that if there was a pve report for leaving, but yeah). Got tired of wasting my time beating something for someone while they afk and get a free ride. ;p

So, you want less PUGability in PvE? PUGing's pretty dead nowadays, and this kind of system would only further smash any desire to PUG. at. ALL!

I'm tired, so I'm not searching for it right now, but the ability to report other players for leeching in PvE has been suggested and discussed in the past.

Closed.
